To place an order, you may either call us at 1-800-553-5605, or FAX
it to 1-800-468-0808. Faxing is preferred since we then have your
order in writing. Please include your important information on a
fax, such as work #, home #, as well as your company name and your
order. Feel free to call if you are unsure of what products you
need, and we will assist you in customizing your order.
Terms - For approved customers, we will ship open account with terms
of net 30 days. To arrange terms, please call us and we will fax you
a credit application. Please allow 2 weeks to process a credit
application. Any balance over 30 days will be assessed a finance
charge of 1.5% monthly of the unpaid balance.
Charge Your Order - We accept Mastercard, Visa,
American Express, and Discover.
Pay In Advance - Orders may be paid in advance by any method.
Shipment will follow after clearance of your payment.
Returned Checks - All returned checks will be charged a
$25.00 fee. We reserve the right to change your credit terms if a
check is returned to us at any time.
Shipping - We suggest placing orders several days in advance
of the required ship date; however, we generally ship orders within
24 hours of their being placed. During busy times of the year,
orders may take slightly longer to ship.
Pricing - All prices and products are subject to change
without notice. Contact us for price verification, product
descriptions, or to answer any questions you might have.
Out-of-Stock - We strive to maintain an extensive
inventory for our customers. However, due to surges in ordering,
items will occasionally be out-of-stock. If a product is unavailable
for immediate shipment, we will call and obtain approval to place
the item on backorder. It will then ship as soon as possible,
usually within a few days.
Loss or Damage - Thorough inspection of all products is
highly recommended before they are accepted. If a shipment appears
to be damaged, sign for it accordingly, or simply refuse it and
notify us immediately.
Minimum Orders - We do not have minimum orders; however,
orders under $75.00 will be charged a picking and packing fee in
addition to freight charges.
Shipping Address - UPS will not deliver to a Post
Office Box, only to a valid street address. If your shipment is
going to a jobsite, be sure to give us your business address as well
as the address at the job site. Please include a phone numbers for
both as well.
Packages Under 150 lbs. - Packages under 150 pounds
will ship via UPS. If you need a shipment expedited, we offer 3 Day
Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air UPS, for an additional charge.
Trucking Shipments - UPS does not take any package over 150
pounds. We will ship any order over this limit by freight companies
as freight prepaid, or freight collect. If requested, we will try to
use your preferred carrier.
Sales Tax - Missouri Sales Tax will charged for orders
shipped in Missouri. If you qualify for tax exemptions, please
provide us your resale certificate number at the time you place your
order to avoid sales tax.
Price Quotations - If you require a large quantity of our
products, you can contact us for a price quotation. If you find a
competitive price that is less than ours, we would like the
opportunity to match or beat that price.
Return Policy - We ask that you call first for
authorization before returning merchandise for credit or repair. All
returned items are subject to a 20% restocking charge unless they
are returned due to an Anjon error. Merchandise held over 30 days
may not be returned. |
